Stock – Due to my large range, not all items are kept in stock at all times. Please note these may add to your turnaround time if they need to be ordered in. Most items can be delivered to me within a week.
Custom orders have a turnaround time of up to two to four weeks during peak times.
Order process – Within 7-10 days from order receipt a design proof will be emailed through. Order will not be stitched until sign off on proof has been received. Perfectly Personalised does not take responsibility for incorrect details provided by you. Please double check when submitting your order and signing off proof.
Embroidery on provided items – If you already have work shirts, polos, blankets you would like personalised, Perfectly Personalised can help. Please note there are restrictions on what can be put through the embroidery machine, so please email for further details and pricing.
Shipping/Collection of your Order –
Free Contactless Pickup is available from Broadford, Victoria.
Shipping is via Australia Post. Perfectly Personalised does not take responsibility for items lost in transit. Please note that shipped items can take up to ten business days to arrive in Australia. These items are an estimate and could take longer during peak times with Australia Post.
Express Post is available, but please note this is postage only, and not express creation of your order. Please contact me if you require your order by a specific date and I will see what I can do.
Refunds/Exchanges – No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
